Beer dinners are often fancy affairs these days, but burgers and brews still go together perfectly. Shake Shack culinary director Mark Rosati — the big cheese who oversees Shack food around the world — will be in Philly to show just how well. Four courses ranging from burgers to dogs to custard will be paired with Brooklyn Brewery beers.
