Help with a Mercy and Justice art installation in advance of Pope Francis’ visit
Following a successful event at Dilworth Park outside City Hall, internationally renowned artist Meg Saligman is hosting a second public art installation inspired by of Mary, Undoer of Knots, Pope Francis' favorite artwork. People are invited to write anonymous statements on strips of cloth that will become a temporary "grotto" to stay up through the end of September. There will be live music and dancing to go along.
Where: Philadelphia Museum of Art (steps) at 2600 Ben Franklin Pkwy.
