Rare beers at Dock Street to celebrate 8 years in West Philly

It was 30 years ago that Rosemarie Certo first launched what was one of the first breweries to open in Philly since Prohibition wiped the slate clean. Over the decades, location and ownership changed, but Certo bought it back in 2002, and 5 years later built a brand new brewpub on the corner of 50th and Baltimore Ave. To celebrate 8 years in West Philly, Dock Street is tapping a set of rare brews on one day only.

Where: Dock Street Brewery at 701 S. 50th St.

When: August 25, 2015 from 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.

How much: Pay as you go
