Ribbon Cutting for Ralph Brooks Park in Point Breeze

You probably already know about the abandoned lot in Point Breeze that was turned into a pop-up beer garden, but this one is something more permanent. Developer Jeffrey Tubbs worked with Urban Roots to create Ralph Brooks Park at the corner of 20th and Tasker, where as of Monday's ribbon cutting, there will be basketball course, community gardens, a gaming terrace and a tot lot.

When: August 31, 2015 from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
