South Philly Barbacoa co-owner Ben Miller has made it a mission to get the conversation about undocumented restaurant workers out in the open — it's a personal one, since it describes his wife, chef Cristina Martinez. Mayor-in-waiting Jim Kenney is ready to listen, it seems; on Monday, he'll be chatting with biz owners (and others who want to come) about the situation.
