The Billy Penn Twitter Power Rankings: 12 must-follow accounts for Sixers, Flyers and college hoops

Now that football season is winding down — and hopefully it’ll end later rather than sooner for the Eagles — it’s time to pay more attention to the winter sports. Philadelphia has the Sixers, the Flyers and college hoops. And within these sports, there are many good Twitter accounts worth following to stay updated on the news and, especially for the Sixers, the hilarity.
Billy Penn presents, in alphabetical order, 12 must-follow accounts for the Philly winter sports season (earlier we highlighted 12 accounts for the Eagles).
