Fishtown and Wash West dogs compete to rep the waterways

Philadelphia Water and the Partnership for the Delaware Estuary are looking for a spokesdog, and one special cutie from Fishtown or Washington Square West will win the title. Head to NoLibs to cheer on 20 dogs as they aim to become the canine face for clean (and poop-free!) waterways.
