Free water ice on Winterfest’s last day
The pop-up surrounding the RiverRink was grand, but spring is on its way, so say sayonara to winter on Sunday with free samples from Rita's (1-4 pm) and Dunkin' Donuts (5-9 pm) plus crafts, performances and drink deals throughout the day.
