Who’s Next
Nominate someone for Billy Penn’s Who’s Next: The Arts
Know a fantastic artist under 40? We want to hear about them.

Know a fantastic Philadelphia artist under 40? We want to know about them for our next edition of Who’s Next.
Billy Penn has been showing off some of Philly’s most dynamic leaders under 40 for more than a year now through our Who’s Next feature, and now we’re looking to highlight some of the up-and-coming artists across the city. You can view each of our monthly Who’s Next lists here, ranging from chefs to entrepreneurs to lawyers to musicians.
The intent of Billy Penn’s “Who’s Next” series, presented by the Knight Foundation, is to identify some of the most dedicated young people working to shape our city every day. Our goal is to track the next generation of leaders and influencers. This time around, we’re looking for people on the cutting edge of the art scene in Philadelphia, whether that means being featured in some of the best galleries or simply using their talents to teach others. (Musicians: We’ll have a separate list for you. Stay tuned!)
Nominations are now closed. Thanks so much to everyone who submitted!
