Fellows come from diverse professional backgrounds, such as law, medicine, social work, research, and public policy. While there is no specific experience requirement, candidates should have established track records in their field and the professional relationships necessary to make change happen. Projects must be designed to impact policy and practice in Greater Philadelphia or at the state level in Pennsylvania.
