In honor of Black History Month, the Greater Philadelphia Film Office teamed up with BlackStar Film Festival and the Temple Department of Film and Media Arts to organize "Framing Blackness," a panel exploring the intersection of cinematography, #blackjoy, art and social justice.

Where: Temple Performing Arts Center at 1837 N. Broad St.
