||To make this new release, brewer Sasha Certo-Ware worked with Penn biochemist Michael Soo to collect wild yeast from 10 feet outside the brewery and use it to ferment a beer he then dry-hopped with wild pineapples. Think of it as a bit of history (this is how the Founding Fathers would have gotten their yeast) with just enough exotic flair. Bring school supplies to donate and you'll get a 6-oz. pour of the stuff, entirely free.
