It started with a Cesar Hernandez leadoff homer, and Freddy Galvis went 2-for-4 with a homer as the Phils jumped out early. Jeanmar Gomez gave up a two-run home run in the ninth but held on to give the Phillies a 4-3 win over the Reds on Opening Day.
