Food historian Dr. William Woys Weaver knows just about everything there is to know about the local farm ecosystem, and how its rich bounty has informed the cuisine of the Philly region and America in general. Attendees will also receive a packet of seeds from Weaver's heirloom Roughwood Seed Collection.
