Launch day at Headhouse Market — now open year-round

Farmers market fans, rejoice: The city's most robust gathering of local producers is back this Sunday under the Headhouse Shambles. Even better news: It's never leaving — The Food Trust has arranged for the market to continue throughout the winter. But forget about all those root veg and canned peaches you'll be able to cop next December; right now it's time for asparagus, peas, strawberries and other bounty of spring. Don't miss the local cheese, ice cream and charcuterie, too.

Where: Headhouse Farmers Market at 2nd & Lombard Sts. 19147

When: May 7, 2017 from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

How much: Pay as you go
