Frizwit: The city’s best pop-up cheesesteak is back

There's two possibilities when you take a cheesesteak and try to fancy it up. 1) It becomes something totally different and way less enjoyable. 2) It uses grass-fed beef, local gouda, Sly Fox caramelized onions and Ba Le bakery rolls to become a truly idealized version of the street food, one that won't give you a stomachache after. Option No. 2 is back in da cart in South Philly — at a bar right in the center of Cheesesteak Vegas.

Where: Garage Passyunk at 1231 E. Passyunk Ave. 19147

When: May 16, 2017 from 6:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.

How much: $12 per cheesesteak
