Join ethnobotanist Hayden Stebbins for a walk through forest and field (yes, those exist in Philly) to learn about common plants and mushrooms and how to identify the edible kinds. After your harvest, you'll bring them back to the kitchen, where they'll be made into a meal of hummus, pesto, salad and more.
