Art opening: How a French-Algerian artist sees Philly horsebackers

The Parkway museum is hosting the first US project from Paris-based Mohamed Bouroissa, which focuses on North Philly's Fletcher Street Urban Riding Club. The neighborhood it serves is a lot like Paris’s banlieues, where the artist grew up. Expect refreshments, bites and live music throughout the evening.
