The BlackStar Film Festival presents a screening of "L.A. Burning: The Riots 25 Years Later," which explores the lives of the people at the flashpoint of the 1992 Los Angeles riots. Director Erik Parker and Penn scholar Gwendolyn DuBois Shaw will hold a Q&A session after the show.
