Kamel Mennour owns a famous art gallery in Paris, as well as one in London. He was visiting The Barnes Foundation, which is currently running an exhibition by French-Algerian artist Mohamed Bourouissa. The show recounts his experience meeting and taking part in Philly’s Fletcher Street Urban Riding Club.
