Calling all ‘Sound of Music’ fans: Meet the von Trapp who brews beer

You know the name von Trapp from the famous musical that depicted the family's narrow escape from Nazi Austria. As it happens grandson Samuel von Trapp is now a brewer, and he's bringing Austrian-inspired beer to Philly for the first time this week. He'll be welcomed by a performance of the film's greatest hits by the Philadelphia Gay Men's Chorus.
