Berks County Common Pleas Judge Jeffrey K. Sprecher is author of "Justice or Just This?", which calls for the end of both the Pennsylvania Sentencing Commission and mandatory sentences in general. He'll talk about why he reached that conclusion and how mandatory minimums have resulted in a dramatic increase in prisoners, a prison construction boom, and increasing costs for taxpayers.
