Taiwanese beef noodle soup pop-up

Often thought of as the national dish of Taiwan, beef noodle soup is a quintessential part of the island's cuisine. For one night only, lunchtime street food spot Baology is hosting a dinner pop-up to serve it. Chef Andy Tessier and partner Judy Ni have been working for weeks on the dish, making noodles from scratch and breaking down a steer from Wyebrook Farm. Giant hearty bowls go for for $15 each. BYOB.

Where: Baology at 1829 JFK Blvd.
