Dock Street’s celebrating 10 years in West Philly with a pop-up tattoo parlor

To toast the anniversary, there's a special can release of a brand new beer and then a pop-up tattoo parlor in the cannery next door, where artist Dylan Curry of X-Treme Ink Tattoo will be inking real-deal marks for $20-$25 a piece.

When: August 31, 2017 from 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.
