Octavius Catto Memorial dedication at City Hall

Of all the statues and memorials around Philly, there have so far been none paying tribute to a named or individual African American. That's about to change with the unveiling of the new statue of civil rights leader and baseball pioneer  Octavius Catto, set on City Hall's south apron. Mayor Jim Kenney and many other elected officials and community leaders will be present for the dedication.
