Free rain barrels and garden planters for West Philly

If you're a West Philly resident or know someone who is, heads up on this free workshop hosted by PHS and Green City, Clean Waters. Free rain barrels and $100 downspout garden planters will be given out, and there's a cost-sharing program that can net you up to $2,000 in contributions if you want to replace your driveway with permeable pavers or build a rain garden.
