Find out who makes the best South Philly gravy and meatballs

Taproom on 19th co-owner Michael Strauss knows how seriously South Philly folks take their Sunday gravy, which is why every October he hosts a contest pitting cooks against another in a battle for red sauce supremacy. Stop by the Girard Estates tavern and you can taste free samples from 30 competitors as a panel of judges (including Billy Penn's Danya Henninger) decides which meatball mix is champion.
