See pups in costume at the PAWS Mutt Strut

Head to the southern tip of the city today as the Philadelphia Animal Welfare Society to catch a ton of cute dogs dressed in their Halloween best. There's a 1.5-mile "strut" led by a troupe of Mummers, a dog talent contest, a pet agility course and live music. Food trucks will be on site. Tickets include a bandanna and tote bag. Walk kicks off at 11 a.m.
