Joe Beddia, owner of Pizzeria Bedia and author of the perfect-pies-at-home cookbook Pizza Camp, is doing an a la carte guest menu at his brother-in-law's Fabric Row restaurant. There's a catch, of sorts: There will not be any pizza. Instead, look for smoked sardine and grass-fed cheesesteak hoagies, plus pizza-esque dishes like lasagna and tomato pie.
