Local blogger Conrad Benner (aka @StreetsDept) will host a conversation with Tunisian-French artist eL Seed about his upcoming mural in West Philly. The piece is a joint project from Mural Arts and Al-Bustan Seeds of Culture, and is part of the (DIS)PLACED Philadelphia series.
