Comment on plans for the former Frankford Chocolate Factory

In late 2015, the hulking shell of the former Frankford Chocolate Factory on Washington Avenue in Point Breeze/Grad Hospital was sold to developers. The new owners are interested in feedback from the community as they ramp up plans for what's next, so the South of South Neighborhood Association is hosting a series of open meetings. This is the second, and will include reveal of a general site plan.

When: November 13, 2017 from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
