Bakery pop-up from Philly’s biggest bread star

Alex Bois gained national acclaim when he was head baker at High Street on Market. He's since gone out on his own to found Lost Bread Co., a partnership with Avram Hornik of FCM Hospitality. But he's been in deep R&D mode, so the products haven't been available to the public — until now. The pop-up featuring loaves he's been working on runs from 10 to 4 on both Saturday and Sunday.

Where: Lost Bread Bakery at 1313 N. Howard St.

When: November 18, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. to November 19, 2017 at 4:00 p.m.
