NBA’s first openly gay player talks U.S. culture

Retired NBA player Jason Collins, the first openly gay man to play in the NBA (or any major U.S. sport), will recount his coming out experience and its impact on his industry and the American cultural landscape in general. Office of LGBT Affiars Director Amber Hikes will join him to discuss Philly's policies and outline community resources.
