‘Miracle on 13th Street’ holiday lighting party

The South Philly block that's so crazy with its holiday light display it's known as a "miracle" is hosting a block party to kick off this year's extravaganza. Expect games and rides for both kids and adults, a DJ spinning holiday tunes, a photo booth and food trucks. (Santa is rumored to be making an appearance.)

Where: 1600 Block of South 13th Street at 1600 S. 13th St. 19148

When: November 25, 2017 from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
