This live music concert benefits Prevention Point

Philadelphia is on pace to surpass 1,200 overdose deaths in 2017. Kensington harm reduction org Prevention Point has been helping by distributing as much naloxone (Narcan) as possible for free, but it's not cheap. All proceeds from this concert featuring four local bands goes toward PP's efforts. If you want to help more, bring along blankets, coats, toothpaste, gloves and socks to donate.

Where: 529 W. Girard Ave., 19123 at Everybody Hits

When: December 8, 2017 from 7:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m.

How much: $10
