Sazon restaurant co-owner and Philly native Robert Campbell has been creating bean-to-bar chocolate. He'll demonstrate how, and talk about the ways you can use cacao and chocolate as a vehicle for flavor, nutrition and energy. Expect tastes from his line of single-origin bars, pours of drinking chocolate, and lots of cacao knowledge
