First annual Philly Theatre Week

We have Restaurant Week and Beer Week, why not something similar for theater? That's the thinking behind this 10-day celebration. Companies and venues across the city have joined to offer a series of events designed to make theater more accessible. Shows are $30, $15 or entirely free, and ranges from plays to readings to interactive events. (Why did organizers choose the British spelling of "theatre"? Can't say.)
