First annual Philly Theatre Week

We have Restaurant Week and Beer Week, why not something similar for theater? That's the thinking behind this 10-day celebration. Companies and venues across the city have joined to offer a series of events designed to make theater more accessible. Shows are $30, $15 or entirely free, and ranges from plays to readings to interactive events. (Why did organizers choose the British spelling of "theatre"? Can't say.)

Where: Theaters across Philadelphia

When: February 8, 2018 at 5:00 p.m. to February 18, 2018 at 10:00 p.m.

How much: Free to $30
