North Philly session on why RCOs are so important

Community leaders from Philly's 32nd ward host a general info session on how North Philly residents can plan for the future in the face of rapid development. People invited to attend include neighborhood residents, homeowners, urbanists, block captains and also Temple faculty, students and alumni. Light refreshments while supplies last.
