A dinner to effect criminal justice reform

Chef Kurt Evans' "End Mass Incarceration" dinners raise money for various nonprofits that help families with people behind bars, but the events are more than just fundraisers — they're places where concerned people can discuss ideas and come up with plans of action to move the conversation forward. If you can't attend, you can still donate at the link.

Where: El Compadre at 1149 S. 9th St., 19147

When: February 18, 2018 at 6:30 p.m.

How much: $35 minimum donation
