All about kombucha: Why it’s so popular and how to make it at home

Amanda Feifer, a Philly resident well-known for her fermentation blog, Phickle, will lead an interactive class on kombucha. The fermented sweetened tea is surging in popularity, and Feifer will detail why so many people are drinking it to feel healthy. She'll show how easy it is to make at home, and sample three flavors. Di Bruno Bros. will provide light bites to go along. Space is limited.
