Rain Check workshop to help reduce water pollution

Philadelphia Water, the municipal utility, has teamed up with PHS for this workshop to help people learn how they can make a difference in the city's water supply. Attendees are eligible to receive a free rain barrel, or a deeply-disounted planter, rain garden, depaving or semi-permeable pavers.
