He'll demonstrate how, and talk about the ways you can use cacao and chocolate as a vehicle for flavor, nutrition and energy. Applegate is bringing its natural and organic bacon to a pop-up event complete with, yes, free bacon. The "Bacon Express" will set up in the Winter Garden in Dilworth Park serving up goodies like candied bacon and bacon hot chocolate.
