Standing on stage next to Hillary Clinton at UPenn last night, Tim Kaine told voters a win in Pennsylvania is key to the presidential race. When it came Clinton’s turn, she turned her attention downballot, praising Pa. Senate candidate Katie McGinty and slamming incumbent Sen. Pat Toomey for his refusal to either endorse or disavow Trump. “If he doesn’t have the courage to stand up to Donald Trump,” Clinton said, “can you be sure he’ll stand up for you when it counts?”
