Former VP Joe Biden gave the keynote speech at the grand opening of the Museum of the American Revolution Wednesday. Dining Out for Life is back for the 27th year. More than 200 area restaurants have pledged to donate 33 percent of each diners' check to Action Wellness (formerly ActionAIDS), a nonprofit that helps individuals with longterm illnesses. There's also a food truck pop-up during lunch at 13th & Locust, with 15 mobile vendors who've also pledged to donate.
