The matter must be settled by December 13th.
A recount is still unlikely -- and overturning of the results, even more so.
It's getting complicated.
The suit is on behalf of at least 100 state voters.
Jill Stein's effort is sputtering. By close of business Monday, the petitions had been filed from about 4 percent of the city's total voting divisions.
As of Sunday, the Green Party candidate was ISO thousands of volunteers.
