After 26 years working with cacao, Sazon restaurant co-owner and Philly native Robert Campbell has earned the nickname “The Chocolate Alchemist.” At this demo, he’ll talk about the ways you can use cacao and chocolate as a vehicle for flavor, nutrition and energy — yes, the stuff is actually good for you.
