“You took a small town mayor from a forgotten steel town in Pennsylvania and made him a candidate for U.S. Senate,” the tatted-up Harvard grad told a crowd of supporters. “I couldn’t be more grateful.”
The Philadelphia native took about 45 percent of the statwide vote to defeat Joe Sestak and John Fetterman.
