Billy Penn's 2018 Who's Next:Public Service class, presented by the Fels Institute of Government, is full of impressive young innovators who dedicate their time and energy to improving our city. So of course we're throwing a party to celebrate and honor them. Join us for an evening of great food and drink, complemented by smart conversation.

Cooking with honey is both healthy and delicious — and it's not just for dessert. Chef Lynn Rinaldi East Passyunk's Paradiso has hosted beehives on the roof above her restaurant since 2012, and has learned how to use their sweet nectar in all kinds of dishes, including savory courses. Join us for a cooking demo and tasting session, where Lynn will show off two honey-fied recipes and discuss why honey is so great to cook with. Tickets are $15, all inclusive.

This bean-to-bar drinking chocolate is an aphrodisiac

Sazon restaurant co-owner and Philly native Robert Campbell has been creating bean-to-bar chocolate. He'll demonstrate how, and talk about the ways you can use cacao and chocolate as a vehicle for flavor, nutrition and energy. Expect tastes from his line of single-origin bars, pours of drinking chocolate, and lots of cacao knowledge
