The edible replica of the PBW mascot features caramel made with Weiss Wit beer from Delco’s 2SP Brewing, plus candied orange peel, pistachio meltaway and Cape May sea salt.
The annual festival started in March — but there’s little chance it’ll go back.
|What||Opening Tap has a new venue this year — instead of the cavernous 23rd St. Armory, the 30-local-brewery beer fest that marks the start of PBW is at the hot new concert hall in Fishtown. Mayor Jim Kenney will be there to kick of the week.|
