¯\_(ツ)_/¯ Who’s running for mayor? A Billy Penn investigation

There are five declared and one probable (we’re waiting, Milton), Philly mayoral candidates. Can you name them?

When I asked people outside City Hall what they knew about the candidates, most of them didn’t even know there’s a race happening.

Based on these responses, it’s safe to say any of the candidates could win this thing.

Oh and just in case you were wondering, declared Democratic candidates are former Philly DA Lynne Abraham, Pa. Sen. Anthony Williams, former Councilman Jim Kenney, ex-PGW exec. Doug Oliver and Dilworth-Paxon attorney Nelson Diaz. Milton Street, a former state senator, is scheduled to join the race later this month. He just needs to file some paperwork.
